UFC superstar Colby Covington appears to have topped even his famed spoiler for Star Wars: The Last Jedi – by revealing the password to “every online account” of arch rival Jorge Masvidal.
On the eve of their blockbuster UFC 272 headliner in Las Vegas, Covington has spoken with News Corp about alleged poker debts, showdowns with Russian gangsters, even a jewellery collection worth US$300,000.

The champion wrestler also suggested that, after his falling out with Masvidal at American Top Team, he was actually invited back into the gym ahead of his rival – but declined the offer from owner Dan Lambert.
Yet the biggest interview revelation has to be Covington giving up what he says are the online banking details of Masvidal, the former housemate, best mate and training partner he now fights this Sunday (AEST).
Asked to reveal one thing about Masvidal that nobody knows, Covington said the popular Miami native uses his fight name, Gamebred, as the password for everything from online banking to Call of Duty.
In recent years, Masvidal has hinted at the background to that word tattooed into the left side of his neck, without ever getting too specific on detail.
Covington now wants you to know why.
“The reason he put that tattoo on his neck is because, backwards, it says Derbemag — and that’s the account password (he uses) for his banking, for his Call of Duty, for all his online accounts,” Covington insisted.
“For every password he’s got, it’s Derbemag.
“And that’s why he put it on his neck.”
Back in 2017, Covington ruined Star Wars: The Last Jedi for thousands of fans when he tweeted: “Luke Skywalker dies. Saved you nerds 2h 33m of your virgin lives. You‘re welcome. Try something new, its ladies night. Go get laid.”
Previously, Masvidal has stated it was his brother who suggested the ‘Gamebred’ name, saying: “Game means the ability to fight through pain and fatigue. It’s not about how your skill levels are, or if you’re good, bad, or world champion.
“(And) Bred is just, you have a pit bull and another pit bull – you bred a pit bull.”
Apart from now giving up what he says are Masvidal’s password details, the No.1 UFC welterweight contender also alleged his former housemate also leaves Miami waitresses continually short-changed as the “Dine & Dash King”.
“People don’t realise how big a thief he is,” Covington continued. “He’s the dine and dash king.
“He’s leaving single mothers (waitresses) with a $100, $200 tab.
“These girls are working to put food on the table for their kids and you’re walking out on that bill when you have the money to pay for it?
“You’re a scumbag.
“He stole a car. He went to jail two different times for theft.
“The guy is a thief, a backstabber and I can’t wait to take care of him this weekend for all the people he’s wronged.”
Elsewhere, Covington also responded to several claims Masvidal made during an interview with ESPN this week, including that he owes a host of people around Miami big money in poker debts
“Complete lie,” Covington responded.
“I don’t owe anybody.
“You would hear it from people if that was the case. They would go to the media and try and make a fool out of me.
“He (Masvidal) is clutching at straws
“He’s making up all these outlandish lies because what can he say?
“He can’t say I’m a bad fighter, he can’t say he is going to beat me because he knows that ain’t gunna happen.
“I wouldn’t be wearing a $100,000 chain around my neck if I owed a bunch of debt to loan sharks.”
Your chain is worth 100K?
“And I’ve got another 200k of jewellery … you will see at the press conference,” Covington continued.
“So I just laugh.
“I have $300,000 in jewellery, a house paid off, a car paid off, cash everywhere. And you want to say I’m broke and owe people money? That narrative is a lie.”
