Our Copycat-Chick-fil-A nuggets are good and all, some may even call them great – but the only way to eat the nuggets is with a generous side of this sauce! It is sweet, tangy, and mustard-y, and we cannot get enough of it. While it goes perfectly hand-in-hand with the nuggets, you can use this sauce on almost any chicken – and you really should. It is just that darn good.
Fresh vs. Bottled Lemon Juice:
While we believe that fresh is always best, this recipe would do just fine with store-bought bottled lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, sugar, mustard, and garlic powder until smooth.
Add in vinegar, cider vinegar, and lemon juice and whisk until well combined. Cover and store in the fridge.
