This pork chili is one of our favorites. The ground pork and BBQ sauce add such a fabulous flavor to this dish. Make this easy crock pot recipe to watch the game, for any tailgating party, or for just a cozy night at home. It really is a good idea anytime! Plus, it’s so simple to prepare.
Ingredients Needed for Crock Pot Pork Chili:
Ground Pork
Chili powder
Dried oregano
Rotel tomatoes
Diced tomatoes
Hunts tomato sauce (basil, garlic, and oregano)
Kidney beans
Pinto beans
Honey barbecue sauce
Smoked paprika
Recipe Notes: I like mild Rotels but if your family likes extra spicey then you can always use medium or hot Rotel tomatoes. Feel free to use any flavor you like of BBQ sauce in this dish. We always garnish with sour cream, cheese, jalapenos, and Fritos.

Crock Pot Pork Chili
The ground pork and BBQ sauce takes this chili to another level! It’s delicious!
Servings: 8 servings
- 1.5 lbs of Ground Pork
- 1.5 tablespoons of chili powder
- 1.5 teaspoons of dried oregano
- 1 10 ounce can of mile Rotel tomatoes, not drained
- 1 can of diced tomatoes not drained
- 1 8 ounce can of Hunts tomato sauce (basil, garlic and oregano)
- 1 16 ounce can of kidney beans
- 1 16 ounce can of pinto beans
- 1/2 cup of honey barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

Brown ground pork, drain and add to crock pot. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Great served with cheddar cheese, jalapenos and sour cream.
