DANNY Dyer said he and wife Joanne both fancied her male midwife and a “threesome” nearly broke out.
The EastEnders actor, 43, revealed he also fancied the midwife, who supported Joanne through the birth of daughter Sunnie.
Talking to his eldest daughter Dani – who is herself pregnant – Danny hinted he would got stuck into a threesome if given the chance.
He said on his Sorted with the Dyers: “The midwife was a very, very handsome man. She talks about him, which is weird in a way.
“The weird thing was I fancied him and all. Imagine if he’d have called on a threesome. All right, not during birth obviously.”
Danny has been with his wife Joanne Mas since 1992, with the pair tying the knot in 2016.
They are parents to Dani, 24, Sunnie, 13, and son Artie, seven.
Danny recently revealed that he’s given Dani’s unborn baby – who she’s having with boyfriend Sammy Kimmence – the nickname “The Chav” on their podcast.
Dani said: “The baby is coming so soon!”
Her dad jokingly replied: “The chav’s coming, it’s on its way.”
The former Love Island star took the quip in her stride, giggling as she continued to excitedly chatter about childbirth as her dad asked: “I wonder where it is now, where its head is – is it coming down the vaginal passage?”
Dani casually replied: “It is, it will be a vaginal birth hopefully – but you just don’t know until you’re in labour.”
Danny reassured his daughter: “But you’re not a failure if you do need to have a caesarean”, which Dani quickly agreed with – adding that she just plans to play the birth by ear.
As the chat went on, Dani shared her disappointment as she realised Danny will likely not be able to be in the hospital waiting room when she gives birth due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The EastEnders actor insisted: “As long as it’s nice and quick for you, it doesn’t matter if I’m in the waiting room or indoors with my feet up eating some crisps.”
The couple have chosen not to find out the sex of their baby, with Dani proudly showing off their gender-neutral nursery earlier last week.
Dani was in a relationship with Sammy prior to shooting to fame on Love Island in the summer of 2018.
