A DELTA Boeing flight was forced to land immediately after take off in Utah on Tuesday after engine trouble, reports say.
The Delta 757 took off from Salt Lake City Airport but immediately returned to land 15 minutes later.
A spokesperson for Salt Lake City Airport said it was a result of a bird strike.
The plane had leveled off at abotu 8,200 ft before being forced to make the emergency landing.
Report say the left-hand engine ingested at least one bird.
Crew stopped the climb and returned to the airport.
