Battlefield 2042 only recently launched globally on PS5 and PS4 and while there are plenty who are enjoying it, the experience hasn’t been great for all. A bevy of issues have soured the launch greatly, and DICE has just outlined what they’ve planned to do about fixing things.
A long blog post was uploaded to DICE’s official website, outlining what exactly will be happening over the course of the next two updates to address many of the issues players are facing.
“We couldn’t be more passionate about this game and will be supporting and evolving it for years to come. We have confirmed at least two major game updates in the coming weeks, and we’ll be here communicating consistently about the changes we are making, as well as new content coming to Battlefield 2042.The teams across the globe are working 24/7 to evolve and deliver improvements to the game.”

While it hasn’t exactly been the launch we all expected Battlefield 2042 to have, there’s no doubt that it won’t be like this forever. EA is sure to get their ducks in a row to get this game fixed.
