Fans thought Rihanna had a baby already after a picture hinting the same went viral on social media.
Rihanna has been enjoying her pregnancy and the singer is not afraid to show off her growing baby bump. Recently, she was spotted shopping at the store, but the latest picture has some people confused.
Fans seem to believe that the singer might have already welcomed a baby, but it is not true.
Rumors about Rihanna having the baby explored
On March 27, several fans were confused as they saw social media posts hinting that Rihanna had given birth to her child. The picture shows a singer lookalike, but the face of the person is not visible.
While the side profile has everyone convinced it is Rihanna, the picture of the baby in the photo had everyone believe that the singer might have given birth.
However, the singer has not given birth but her due date is near.
Photo debunked
Rihanna is close to giving birth but has not welcomed her child yet. Recently, in the pictures that were shared by TMZ, the singer was spotted shopping for baby clothes at a designer store.
At the same time, she went to Target to select a few items. While the fans were surprised she chose Target to make her purchases, the photo does prove that the singer is still pregnant and may have her due date coming near.
In the photo, Rihanna was also spotted picking some girl clothes and it made some wonder if the singer had revealed the gender of her and ASAP Rocky’s child.

Why many think Rihanna might be having twins
The rumors about Rihanna having twins started when the singer sat down for an interview with Bustle. In it, she was asked what was she most excited about.
For this, Rihanna did not hold back in her response and said: “Meeting my baby! Are you kidding me? I got all the 3D scans and ultrasounds, and I can’t wait to meet them. And, you know, the diapers and whatnot will follow.”
Since Rihanna mentioned “them” in reference to her baby, fans think she might have spoken about having twins. However, it is possible Rihanna did not want to reveal the gender of the baby and decided to stick for they/them pronoun.
