Nick Knowles is reportedly dating a mum-of-two who is 27 years his junior after they met at their kids’ playgroup.
The 58-year-old DIY SOS star went public with his new relationship last week when he was seen in a restaurant in Bath with Katie Dadzie, 31.
It has been five years since Nick split from his ex-wife Jessica, who is mum to his youngest son, seven-year-old Eddie.
It is believed that Nick and Katie have known each other for a couple of years but until now their relationship has been platonic.
A source told The Sun : “They actually met through their youngest offspring and went on a few playdates as pals, before romance blossomed. Katie is a beautiful woman, fiercely independent and just Nick’s type.”

There is reportedly hopes in their friendship circles that they might make this a long-term relationship.
Nick was previously married to Jessica, 33, between 2012 and 2016.
He supported Jessica after she was diagnosed with cervical cancer but their relationship fell apart and became bitter, with Nick being accused of refusing to pay his son’s school fees.
Speaking about his love life, Nick had previously said: “My relationships have pretty much followed a pattern.”

He continued: “They last six months and start off with me explaining that I work a lot, so will have commitment issues.
“The women involved agree that that is fine then, after a month, I get a phone call saying, ‘This isn’t on’.
“After three months, we split, then get back together. After five, there’s another tussle. At six, it’s all off.”
