Has Piotr Szczerek hired lawyers to stop people from posting negative comments? This question gained attention after a viral message claimed the Polish millionaire and his company Drogbruk were preparing legal action against online users. The post circulated widely but was never confirmed by Piotr Szczerek or Drogbruk, raising doubts about its authenticity. The claim comes at a time when Drogbruk’s Google rating is under pressure following the US Open incident.

Has Piotr Szczerek Hired Lawyers to Stop People From Posting Negative Comments?

A viral message online raised the question: Has Piotr Szczerek hired lawyers to stop people from posting negative comments? The claim quickly spread across social platforms, linking the Polish millionaire and his paving company Drogbruk to alleged legal threats against social media users.

— JasonKn07430666 (@JasonKn07430666)

The message, however, does not appear on any official account belonging to Piotr Szczerek or Drogbruk. This has led to questions about its authenticity and whether it reflects any real legal action.

Viral Post Claims Legal Action Against Online Users Making Negative Comments

The viral message stated that Piotr Szczerek had “lawyered up” and planned to sue anyone who commented negatively on his social media accounts or Drogbruk’s accounts. The post included a letter that appeared to be written by an attorney named Grzegorz Wandałowicz from GW Partners & Partners in Warsaw.

Live Events

The letter demanded that users delete comments described as defamatory or offensive. It also called for a public apology and requested compensation of 100,000 zlotys within seven days. It cited Polish Civil Code articles and constitutional rights regarding personal reputation.

The message suggested that comments made online were harming both the company’s and the lawyer’s reputation. It concluded with a warning that failing to comply could result in legal action.

No Confirmation From Piotr Szczerek or Drogbruk

Despite the viral circulation of the message, neither Piotr Szczerek nor Drogbruk confirmed the statement. The company has not issued any post or press release acknowledging that lawyers were hired to pursue online users.

This has created confusion, as many people assumed the letter was genuine. The lack of confirmation indicates the message may be fake, though it has continued to spread online.

Drogbruk’s Google Rating Under Pressure

The timing of the viral message overlaps with a steep decline in Drogbruk’s Google rating. The company’s profile currently shows 1.3 stars. The drop came after Piotr Szczerek was linked to an incident at the US Open, where his actions drew wide criticism.

Thousands of reviews appeared online referencing the incident. Many users wrote that they would not trust the company, connecting Szczerek’s conduct at the tournament with how he might run Drogbruk.

TrustPilot Response to Backlash

Review platform TrustPilot also placed a closure notice on Drogbruk’s page. The message explained that reviews were suspended due to media attention. This response came as thousands of negative reviews flooded the company’s profile.

On other platforms such as Gowork, Drogbruk’s rating fell to 1.4 stars. Comments across multiple sites repeated similar criticism, linking the company’s reputation to the controversy around its co-founder.

Drogbruk’s History and Business Background

Drogbruk was founded in 1999 by Piotr and Anna Szczerek. Over time, it became a recognized paving and infrastructure brand in Poland. The company expanded its services into different areas of construction and built a reputation in its sector.

However, the recent controversy has created challenges for Drogbruk’s public image. The incident at the US Open and the viral lawyer claim combined to bring heavy scrutiny. While Szczerek issued an apology on the Drogbruk website, the backlash has not subsided.
