I’m a first time buyer and made an offer on a total dream home (meets all of our needs), conditional on home inspection and financing. We had the inspection done yesterday, and I was absolutely gutted when the inspector noted there were cracks in the exterior foundation wall that we should have reviewed by a foundation expert. We’ve found someone to take a look tomorrow but I’m wondering if anyone has had experience with this sort of thing?
