Are you trying to boost your bum gains?
Fitness model Lauren Simpson shared four workouts that can help women increase their muscles for maximum booty results.
Posting to her 2 million followers on Instagram, she shared a clip which demonstrated the four techniques.
She wrote: “Glute killer. My exact workout yesterday.
“Remember girls you don’t always need to do a million exercises for a session to be effective. Train smart.
“This is straight sets. I increased the weight each set. I was pushing almost to failure on my final set.”
So are you ready to give her lower body workout a try?
First up, Lauren started with the smith machine and demonstrated the kas glute bridge, completing four reps with different sets.
She also did a set with 20 reps of the same weight.
Next was the trap bar where she did four reps and 10 sets.
Once she completed that, the next technique involved her jumping on the leg press where she also completed four reps.
And finally – if your legs aren’t feeling like jelly at this point – Lauren completed a number of sets of the back extension workout.
Since she shared the workout on Wednesday, the post racked up over 6,900 likes and hundreds of comments.
One wrote: “Loving this set on you Lauren,” while another added: “I love it.”
And a third commented: “This looks killer.”

Looking for more workouts? Previously the model shared the common gym mistakes people must avoid.
Writing earlier this month, she advised: “1. Don’t look at yourself in the mirror when you are lifting.
“Keep looking straight and your spine kept neutral.
“2. You do NOT need to push your hips forward and squeeze your glutes at the top of a squat aka ‘butt squeeze’.”
