FRP Advisory has announced it has made 26 promotions across its network of offices as it aims to “reflect on a year of investment and growth”.
The firm said the promotions include that of James Cooper, Matt Field and Ryan Symonds to director and Freddie James to associate director in its Corporate Finance team, as well as the promotion of Stuart Sweeney and Matt Whitchurch to director in its Debt Advisory and Restructuring Advisory teams respectively.
It added that both Simon Farr and Richard Goodall in its Restructuring Advisory team have also been promoted to appointment-taking directors in recognition of their “commitment to helping businesses that are seeking corporate restructuring support”.
In addition to these senior promotions, 10 people have been promoted to senior manager, three to manager and one to senior insolvency administrator.
The promotions to senior manager include Alex Hunton, Chris King and Ben Lowe in Corporate Finance, Scott Archer and Julie Lada in Debt Advisory, Graeme Freeland and Molly Sandquest in Forensic Services, along with Claire Huartson, Naomi Jordan and Emma Priest in Restructuring Advisory.
Jeremy French, chief operating officer: Daniel Choucino in Corporate Finance, Tom Arnold in Forensic Services and Jaz Kirwan in Restructuring Advisory have all been promoted to manager, whilst Ibeth Coox has been promoted to senior insolvency administrator in its Restructuring Advisory team.
At its central services teams, it revealed Andrew Smith has been promoted to assistant finance manager and Emily Heathorn has been promoted to national S
senior marketing executive.

The promotions follow a “landmark year” for FRP, which has grown in headcount by 22% nationally through a number of organic appointments and the acquisition of Spectrum Corporate Finance (Spectrum) in March 2021.
The firm currently employs more than 510 people, including consultants, across its network of 22 offices and provides clients with the full suite of specialist Business Advisory services, including Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Finance, Forensic Services, Pensions Advisory and Debt Advisory.
