Accountancy firm Gerald Edelman’s has recently advised MAP Group on the acquisition of USL.
The acquisition was carried out by Gerald Edelman’s deal advisory team with the pricing and other deal terms not currently disclosed.
USL was established in 2005 and specialises in providing overhead fixed line maintenance services for the telecommunications industry across many regions of the UK.
