Amid discourse over FDA approvals and the National Institute of Health, social media users are keen to know more about Chief of NIH bio-ethics, Christine Grady.
Notably, Grady is married to Dr Anthony Fauci.
Who is Christine Grady?
Sixty-nine-year-old Christine Grady is a nurse-bioethicist, currently heading the NIH the Department of Bioethics.
Reportedly, Grady has some pretty notable parents, too. As per The Sun, Grady is the daughter of John H. Grady Jr, a World War Two veteran who also happened to serve as mayor for Livingston, New Jersey.
It seems as though Christine’s entire family inherited an eagerness to want to help people. One of Grady’s siblings once worked as a trial attorney for the Department of Justice, and another co-founded a non-profit organisation, iLive2Lead.
In 1985, Christine tied the knot with Dr. Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The two remain married today.
Who is Dr. Fauci?
As mentioned prior, Grady’s husband is the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
80-year-old Dr. Anthony Fauci has notably played a prominent role in Covid-19 predictions in the US. Most recently, Fauci has dominated headlines for his prediction on when the US may have control over Covid-19.
In talks with CNN, Fauci theorised: “if a majority of Americans get vaccinated, the US could have control over Covid-19 by the Spring of 2022.”

Christine Grady rumours debunked
Not too long ago, rumours circulated social media claiming that Grady is Ghislaine Maxwell’s sister. However, these theories have since been debunked.
More recently, discourse arose on Twitter, worrying that Fauci and Grady were affiliated with news of Pfizer becoming the first Covid vaccine to gain FDA approval.
There is no solid evidence to verify the connection.
