Basically we waive appraisal gap and pay 1% net fee with cash option from Home Orbit. Anybody used them before or think I should avoid buying home altogether because it’s a big scam or a Ponzi schemes or a pyramid scheme of some sort. Govt is printing money and I should just time the market and wait for crash? So avoid any type of ponzi schemes like this? No cash option? Please kindly help.
