Heather Rae Young was spotted with her left foot in a splint as she stepped out to run errands in Palm Springs this week.
The 34-year-old Selling Sunset blonde had previously revealed she had gotten X-rays of her foot owing to ‘issues’ in the affected area.
Her dashing husband Tarek El Moussa, who rose to fame with his then-wife Christina Haack on Flip Or Flop, could be seen out in Palm Springs running errands too.

Tarek showed off his muscled arms in a clinging t-shirt that threw his toned figure into relief as he headed across the parking lot.
Accessorizing with a baseball cap that matched his charcoal shorts, the reality TV heartthrob rounded off the casual look with flip flops.
Meanwhile Heather opted for a warmer-looking ensemble, slipping into a long pair of high-waisted white sweats and a matching sweatshirt.
Last week she wrote on her Insta Stories that she had gotten ‘X rays on my foot’ as she has ‘Been dealing with some issues & not resting & I pushed my foot too much.’

Heather added: ‘Last 2 nights around 7 I’m getting awful severe pain, can’t move my toe or walk or even touch it. Weird thing is it’s only at night.’
She also treated her more than two million Instagram followers to a snap of her splint, which she called ‘Cute.’
Tarek and Christina amicably co-parent their children Taylor, 11, and Brayden, six, despite their divorce and also still host Flip Or Flop together.

Tarek dished to the magazine: ‘I walked my mom down the aisle. I was fine. And then the song Shallow comes on, which is one of me and Heather’s songs, and I’m going to get Taylor to walk down the aisle, and I just broke down. Taylor, she’s my everything, I just got so emotional.’
