I’m house hunting and I found a great property, but I looked up the parcel map and the home, 2-car garage, and one outbuilding seems to be straddling the parcel line. In the image below the red circle is what’s included in the property. The uncircled buildings are another property, and the yellow line is the parcel.

Is a parcel map the most accurate way to see the property line, and if so, what are the consequences of buying a house/garage that seem to fall outside of it?
