I’ve noticed that the price estimation tools for home values for sale prices and rental prices have been really off recently. Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Chase, and other platforms have cookie cutter valuations, but there are a lot of factors still not considered. Would you pay a few dollars a month to see a comprehensive valuation of your home? It would aggregate all of the other estimations from aforementioned websites, it would give you the latest 30/60/90 day sold properties in your neighborhood or building, and it would factor in outside factors affecting your home’s value (school districts, next to train tracks, etc.).
