I am looking at a home which is on the market for sale in a SoCal coastal city. There is transmission tower across the street. The street is ~5 lanes wide and the distance (measured on Google Maps) from the front yard to the tower is ~50 m (164 ft).
I am wondering how bad is this for home’s resale value? Personally, it doesn’t bother me unless there can be health issues (google results are vague/inconclusive). Looking for people’s opinions on this. Thanks!
