It is made out of sterling silver by the Tiffany Company.
The trophy is 20.75 inches tall, and weighs about seven pounds.
The worth of the Vince Lombardi Trophy is around $10,000 – although many NFL players and fans would argue it is priceless!
It costs the Tiffany Company about $50k to actually make the trophy.
Since the 2010 Super Bowl, the trophy has played a key role in the design of the logo for each game.
The design itself
The Vince Lombardi Trophy actually features a very simple design.
The Silversmiths create a regular sized NFL football and place it in a kicking position.
It is manufactured in Cumberland, Rhode Island – having previously been made in New Jersey.
It was named after legendary NFL coach Vince Lombardi – who steered the Green Bay Packers to success in the first two Super Bowls.
Lombardi died in September 1970, just two years after guiding the Packers to that second triumph, over the Oakland Raiders.
