Unfortunately gone way too soon, the news of his passing away on January 26th, 2020 in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California took humanity by surprise and saddened everyone.

“Black Mamba. Hall of Famer. Girl Dad. Happy Birthday, Kobe Black,” the caption read, and fans are celebrating one of the greatest athletes of all-time all-over Twitter.
While his birthday falls on the 23rd of August, the national Kobe Bryant day to celebrate his impact is celebrated on August 24th, as 24 was his jersey number and it falls just a day after his birthday.
