Eddie Van Halen fans couldn’t be more thrilled to learn about his Funko Pop collectible, which is finally announced. You can pre-order it ahead of its 2022 release.

The iconic rock guitarist passed away in October 2020 at the age of 65. Fans of Eddie had been waiting for a long time to get their hands on his collectables and that day has finally arrived.

The release date for the product is set for March 2022.

However, you don’t have to wait until next year to book your Eddie Van Halen figurine as you can pre-order it now.

You can add the Vinyl figure to the cart on Entertainment Earth’s official website much before its release. It’s being sold for $11.99.

The product is also made available to pre-order on Amazon for the same price exclusive of the shipping charges.

Eddie Van Halen’s pop figurine with the guitar will be released on March 15, according to the shopping site.

The vinyl figurine was long due

Funko Pop had signed off on this collectible all the way back in 2019, says Eddie’s son Wolf Van Halen’s tweet.

He announced, “Pop signed off on this way back in 2019 and it’s wonderful to see it finally come to fruition. So stoked with how it turned out! #Funk”

Wolf wrote in the following tweet, “Lol I just now realize #Funko autocorrected to #Funk, but y’all get it”

His father, the legendary guitarist, died on October 6, 2020, at Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California, while being surrounded by his family.

Fans thank Funko

Eddie’s fans have thanked Funko for finally releasing the vinyl figurine as they remember the iconic musician.

Sharing a picture of the collectible, one tweeted, “Eddie Van Halen immortalized by Funko”

Another added, “Thank You. Thank You for making on the great EddieVan Halen!!! It looks amazing so great”
