But, there’s a new sweet treat featuring the biscuit spread about to hit shelves.
And, it’s just in time for summer and the warmer weather.
The new Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake is a little bit like a classic Viennetta in that it’s a layered dessert great for cooling down.

If you’ve ever mixed Biscoff spread into vanilla ice cream – as all foodies probably have – then you’ll have had a preview of what you should expect.
Except, add in a dash of chocolate, some biscuit pieces and more for an ultra-indulgent experience.
The dessert combines swirls of Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream with Lotus spread and crispy chocolate layers, all topped off with crunchy Lotus Biscoff biscuit pieces.

The delicious Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake will launch exclusively in Iceland and Food Warehouse stores from March 24.
Just in time to get us through the last months of lockdown.
