I may have missed the discussion, but I searched and couldn’t find any discussion on the new rules by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requiring new disclosures on condos & co-ops, that many condo boards and co-ops are refusing to sign.
Has anyone run into this? How big of an impact is this to the condo / co-op market in the short term, and long term? Will this negatively impact values in all markets or only select markets?
