An influencer has claimed she stays looking young by using a face mask made out of her period blood.
For some women, menstruation is uncomfortable and results in cramps and stress.
However, influencer Mari Valents, 19, said that she connects with her menstrual cycle and even uses it as part of her skincare routine.
The blonde, who has more than 10,000 followers on Instagram, explained: “I had some skin problems in my teens, but after I learned to take care of myself, my skin changed a lot.
“This improvement has a lot to do with the fact that I use menstrual blood on my face once a month, I believe this is one of the secrets to keeping your skin always young ”.
Asked about the subject on social media, Mari added. “Our menstrual blood is clean, girls, don’t fall for those that are dirty blood because it isn’t, it’s something natural in our body.
“Unlike what many people think, menstrual blood smells like normal blood, like the smell of iron.”
Although there is no scientific basis on the subject, menstrual blood is a rich source of nutrients, minerals and hormones.
Mari also recently hit headlines as she spoke about her love for Thai boxing, also known as Muay Thai.
The stunner said the exercise keeps her in shape while giving her “orgasm-like sensations” too.
The combat sport uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.
Mari revealed: “Muay Thai’s movements are pleasurable, like an orgasm. Sexual pleasure in the highest (form)”.
She also said the sport helped her keep her figure, adding: “I look for natural methods to help my waist stay thin. Muay Thai solved the (problem).”
“My followers noticed my stiff butt, and without any type of mark with cellulite or stretch marks.
“I always look for the perfect butt and Muay Thai was the best option to achieve my goal.”
