An Instagram blogger has been applauded for her latest post on body positivity.
Lauren is known for her uplifting energy on social media and she’s gained a huge army of 59,700 followers online.
The blogger and fitness coach often inspires her legion of fans about learning to love themselves.
Now in a recent post shared last weekend, Lauren shared two snaps taken seconds apart after “accepting her real body”.
She wrote: “The same person in both the same worth, the same beauty, the same confidence.”
The influencer was celebrating Real Body April to which she recently posted two identical snaps to take on the challenge.

Lauren added: “In celebration of Real Body April here is me.
“On the left I am posed, on the right I am relaxed, with my leggings not pulled up high. Both are ME and I’m proud of that.
“It’s taken me a long time to accept that my body can look like the one on the right.
“I have spend majority of my life always breathing in and posing when I saw myself in the mirror.”
She revealed how she now spends more time with her “real body”.
Lauren continued: “I also now spend time with my real body, my unposed body, and I feel just as good when I do that!
“Our bodies are so unique and special that to hate them would just be cruel.
“You’re so beautiful and worthy, I promise you start spending more time with your real body, and share those moments with us.”

Since the fitness babe shared the snap on her Instagram the post racked up over 1,800 likes.
One fan gushed: “You look gorgeous in both! Love that you show the reality here.”
