Jason Hitch, who starred in 90 Day Fiancé, has died at the age of 45 following Covid-19 complications.
The reality TV star passed away in a Florida hospital on Tuesday and his death was confirmed by his sister.
Sister Shannon told TMZ that the her brother’s family were by his bedside and held his hand during his last moments.
She described him a “true and honest shooter, a great officer and leader to his men”.
She also revealed he had no preexisting health conditions to the family’s knowledge and wasn’t vaccinated.
Shannon explained that her brother died from Covid complications but there my have also been other factors.

Jason starred on season two of 90 Day Fiancé in 2014 and was married to Brazilian native Cássia Tavares.
She had moved to the United States to be with Jason but their relationship didn’t last and the pair went their separate ways in 2017.
They finalised their divorce the following year.
In 2014, Cássia told the Tampa Bay Times that the couple were “best friends” before becoming romantically involved and confessed “it’s hard to find this kind of connection with someone”.
Opening up about the couple’s marriage breakdown, Jason spoke to Radar Online in 2019.
He said: “A successful relationship is communication, physical attraction and doing whatever it takes.
“Right now it’s time to go in different directions. I think we’ll remain friends. She knows I have her best interests at heart.”

He continued to defend his ex-wife, stating she left a good life to come and marry him.
He added: “She did not come here just to become an American citizen. She had a good life in Brazil. She was about to finish college. She didn’t have to marry me.”
Jason confirmed the divorce was mutual and “uncontested”.
He also went on record at the time to say there’d be “no alimony payments” and “no fighting” between the former couple.
According to TMZ Jason was a first lieutenant in the Army reserves.
