An ex-glamour model who almost died giving birth to her fourth child six months ago says ruthless trolls constantly body shame her.
Carla Bellucci – whose Insta bio reads ‘in a world where you can be anything, be kind’ – said the barrage of cruel comments can impact her mental health.
The 40-year-old mum told Daily Star: “People say I am horrific, ugly and they question how anyone could ever want to have a baby with me or get into bed with me.
“They say I still look fat – just the worst things you can say to a woman.
“Others say I am air bruised and not real even though I always post videos on Instagram.
“I’m sick of these body shaming trolls telling me how horrific I am and telling me my new baby has 10 dads.

“These comments are constant and a lot of them are from mums. I am disgusted that mums don’t bring up their children to respect other children.
“Some of the accounts are clearly mothers of daughters and what kind of message does that send when they are body shaming other women?”
Carla became infamous for blagging a nose job by faking depression – but last year apologised for taking the NHS for granted after almost dying in childbirth.
She gave birth to baby Blu in September after a hellish c-section where she stopped breathing for two minutes and 45 seconds.
The former Babestation girl said she has been trolled ever since – and the controversial character admitted that it does get to her.

She said: “No matter what anyone looks like, you shouldn’t be body shaming whether it’s on social media or on the street. You should know better.
“I had a baby six months ago and I’m not invincible. When someone comes in and says I’m still a bit weighty I feel a massive pressure to lose weight and to stay in shape.
“It was only last week when I said to my partner that we are going to Dubai soon but I’m fat.
“Comments do get in your head even though I know I’m not fat. I’m curvy but I’m not fat and I’ve just had a baby and I look good.”
Carla, from Hitchin, Herts, has been targeted by trolls who question her abilities as a mother.
And because of the relentless abuse, she said she now refuses to show photos of her baby daughter online.

She said: “Some people have said I am being over the top and I’m doing it to sign a big money deal but I’m not.
“I’m doing it to try and protect her for as much as I can. I almost feel guilty that I’m bringing this on her because of what I do.
“It’s hard not putting up pictures of her because there are people who follow me and support me.
“But I can’t put her on social media because there’s too much hatefulness.”
And asked how she deals with trolling, she said: “I never respond but I used to block – but they come back within seconds and make a new account and people forget to block their IP address. They are so dumb.

“Now I don’t bother blocking because they will open another one and write the same thing.
“I don’t lower myself to retaliate, I just think they are scum.”
This month Carla – who supports her family on OnlyFans – will appear on season three of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over.
