The Friends actress, 51, was photographed working out in a sports bra and leggings to promote wellness brand Vital Proteins, which specialises in powdered collagen products.

Sharing the news of her new chief creative officer role with her 35.7million online followers, she wrote: “I’ve always been an advocate for finding wellness from the inside out.”
Jen previously revealed she takes part in daily yoga, boxing, cardio and meditation sessions to stay in shape.
She said: “I feel really beautiful when I finish a great workout.
“Because I’ve taken care of my body, my endorphins are going, my blood is pumping.

“I’m taking care of the one body I have.
“I have a spin bike, an elliptical bike and a treadmill — and I do cardio for at least 20 minutes a day.
“Even that short burst makes a difference.”

But while Jen is dedicated to her fitness, the 51-year-old says that she will give herself the odd rest day.
“Of course I take days off. It’s important to rest the body” she added.
“I can go a whole week saying, ‘I’m not going to work out’. Your body will tell you what it needs.”
