JIM Bob and Michelle Duggar resurfaced for the first time after their son Josh’s child pornography arrest at Jed’s big baby reveal.
Without A Crystal Ball host Katie Joy shared snapshots of Jim Bob, 56, and Michelle, 54, on Instagram.
The Duggar patriarch and matriarch stepped out in public for a Northwest Arkansas Naturals baseball game.
The two were spotted at the game with Joy-Anna, 23, Austin Forsyth, 27, James, 20, Josie 11, Tyler 13, Jennifer, 14, Meredith Grace, 11.
The Duggar family was gathered together so that Jed, 22, and his wife Katey Nakatsu could announce their baby news.
In the snapshots, Michelle and Jim appeared to be shocked and overcome with joy after hearing the baby news through the stadium’s loudspeakers.
During their nearly ten-minute YouTube video, Jed and Katey revealed she was expecting after the results came back positive from a pregnancy test.
While driving in their car during the daytime, Katey explained how the announcement at the baseball game came about.
She said: “That’s the plan. Praise the Lord. Jed’s got the right connections and talked to the right people.
“And get us that little slot in there. It’s after the third inning, which is good because everyone should be there for sure by then.
Katey added: “It won’t be at the beginning. It won’t be all the way at the end.”
THEIR FIRST CHILD
Jed announced his wife was pregnant on social media.
In the first snapshot, Katey carried a sign that read: “And then there were 3.”
The sign mentioned that a “baby Duggar” was expected sometime next year during the Spring season.
In the second snap, the ex-reality star carried his pregnant wife in his arms.
Jed wore a blue dress shirt as Katey stunned in a lovely green dress and had her hair braided.
The Counting On alum jokingly wrote in the caption: “She tested positive, but not for Covid.”
Back in April, Josh, 33, was arrested and pleaded not guilty after being charged with two counts of receiving and possessing child pornography.
Following his arrest, The Sun revealed that the TLC show had been canceled after about six years.
A source told The Sun: “The decision was made by TLC earlier this week to cancel the show.
“The family was told over the phone shortly after and it’s still very hush, hush. The petition from those who boycotted Counting On was hard to ignore, and sponsors were very concerned following Josh’s arrest.”
