According to pals, Katie Price and fiance Carl Woods ‘really need’ another holiday after a dramatic few months – with the former glamour model reportedly planning their sixth trip away of 2022 ahead of her court date tomorrow
Katie Price is reportedly already planning her sixth holiday abroad this year if she avoids receiving a prison sentence on Friday.
The former glamour model, 44, is said to be planning a jolly in the sun with the “mindset she will be a free woman” in a bid to remain positive ahead of her looming court date.
Katie, 44, is due in court tomorrow (Friday) for sentencing after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order against ex-husband Kieran Hayler ‘s fiancee Michelle Penticost.
The mum-of-five – who celebrated her little sister’s wedding yesterday – was warned by Judge Stephen Mooney at Lewes Crown Court that she was “at risk of going to prison” earlier this year after she gave her formal plea.
According to sources close to the star, Katie is said to be hoping she dodges a prison sentence and is hopeful she will be able to jet off on her sixth holiday of the year after Friday.
An insider told the Daily Star: “Katie is desperately hoping she avoids jail when sentenced on Friday and is trying to think positive.
“She is planning the holiday with the mindset that she will be a free woman.”
The Mirror has approached representatives for Katie for comment.
Katie has enjoyed numerous holidays already this year – jetting off across the globe and enjoying staycations in the U.K with husband-to-be Carl Woods.
The mum-of-five and the former Love Island contestant – who was not present at Sophie Price’s wedding yesterday – have already been to Belgium, Thailand and Portugal so far in 2022.
Katie and her beau also enjoyed a stay at the New Forest for a £400-a-night staycation with her son Harvey Price in April.
In the same month the happy couple also flew to Alicante in Portugal for a break away from England, before heading away once again on a yacht the following month.
If Katie avoids a prison sentence on Friday, the pair will embark on their sixth trip away together this year – with a source close to the stars claiming the couple “really need this break together” after a dramatic few months.
“She is planning the holiday with the mindset that she will be a free woman, but the whole thing could be off is things don’t go her way,” the insider has told The Sun.
“Of course, if Katie does avoid jail time, the holiday will be the ultimate way to celebrate and the perfect way to draw a line under all the stress of this year so far.”
Katie’s court date tomorrow comes just days after she watched little sister Sophie Price, 32, tie the knot in Essex on Wednesday.
The star was one of the mum-of-one’s bridesmaids for her special day, with Sophie’s niece and nephews Junior, Princess and Bunny also in attendance, but Katie’s future husband Carl was reportedly banned from the guest list.
It’s reported Sophie and her now-husband Harry’s nuptials were brought forward in case Katie is jailed when sentenced on Friday.
