Kim Kardashian has reacted with sheer delight after she was told that the cast of Bridgerton were inspired by her.
The 40-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has recently shared on Instagram that she has been binge watching the biggest show on Netflix and that she cannot get enough of the racy period drama.
The reality star had posted pics of a girls night in as they cracked through a few episodes, which was an ideal distraction from the stresses and strains of her divorce from husband Kanye West.
Kim was freaking out on Twitter when she was tagged by Nicola Coughlan, who plays Penelope Featherington in Bridgerton, to highlight how she was the talk of the cast’s costume fittings.
The 34-year-old Derry Girls star remarked on Twitter that Kim’s Instagram pics and videos, in which she shows off her latest clothing collaborations, were a “massive inspiration”.

The actress tweeted: “As the world’s number one @bridgerton Stan does @KimKardashian know that the Kardashians were a massive inspiration for the Featheringtons and we talked about them all the time during our fittings? Because I feel like she should know this.”
Kim certainly did know and within an hour had shared Nicola’s tweet along with her own thoughts on the matter and asked if she could be invited to a costume fitting herself.
The KUWTK star wrote: “WHAT?!?! I am freaking out!!!!!! This tweet was sent to me on my @bridgerton group chat! Can I please come to a fitting?!?! It would make my whole life!!!!!! I love you Lady W!!!”
With Kim becoming the “most eligible billionaire bachelorette” in the United States, a source has told Page Six that A-listers have been reaching out to her as the divorce from Kanye continues.

The source said: “People are reaching out through mutual friends and people that she’s worked with to set her up with everyone from royal family members to A-list actors to athletes to billionaire CEOs.
“People are also trying to reach out to her via DM.”
Rumours have quickly circulated of a potential romance with Colombian singer Maluma after the pair were photographed on a night out together over the weekend.
The duo have been labelled as “just friends” though, and it has been said that Kim is not looking for another romantic relationship as yet.
