Laura Anderson has revealed that Dane Bowler watching her kiss a slew of men on Love Island was a form of ‘punishment’.
The reality TV star, who appeared on the hit ITV dating show in 2018, entered the villa on a mission to find love fresh from her split with singer Dane.
Just a couple of months before her Love Island debut, 31-year-old Laura called it quits on her romance with Dane after she discovered he had been cheating.
While on the show, the Scottish beauty enjoyed brief flings with Wes Nelson, Jack Fowler, and she even made it to the final alongside boyfriend Paul Knops, but it wasn’t meant to be as the pair ended their romance soon after leaving the villa.
Now, almost three-years after her Love Island stint, Laura and Dane have reconnected – and they have never been happier.

Although the pair are smitten again, Laura has revealed that she partly went on Love Island in a bid to make Dane seethe with jealously as she got hot and heavy with some of the hottest men in the UK.
Lifting the lid on her reasoning for entering the popular dating show in the first place, Laura told OK! Magazine that she mainly wanted to punish Dane for cheating on her.
“That was his punishment, watching me get with other men,” the reality star admitted.

Thankfully, Laura’s intention worked, and Dane found himself feeling uncomfortable as he watched his ex-girlfriend get close to several other men during her time in the villa.
The singer revealed: “Watching Laura on Love Island was obviously not great when there were certain parts to watch.
“But, in general I kinda of was just… We’d just split up and that’s why she went on the show, pretty much.”

“Which was my fault, so you kind of got to take it on the chin and mostly I just wanted her to do well and be happy and when she was upset and those moments where it wasn’t really nice to watch.”
After enduring their fair share of trials and tribulations, Laura and Dane have now put their past mistakes behind them and are planning a future together.

The lovebirds have moved into a plush pad in Dubai together and have now shared that they cannot wait to take the next steps in their relationship by tying the knot and having a baby.
Dane revealed: “We’re talking about marriage and babies and we’d like to do that soon. This is it. This is proper. This is The One.”
