Kylie Jenner has just bagged herself a brand-new neighbour in the form of rapper, Lil Wayne.
The 38-year-old music star has upped sticks and dropped a whopping $15.4M on an out-of-this-world mansion in California’s Hidden Hills.
Lil Wayne’s not-so-humble new pad, which is just around the corner from Kylie’s home, boasts seven bathrooms and seven bathrooms and the 12,135 sq ft estate sits on three acres.
The Lollipop hitmaker’s mansion also features it’s very own chef’s kitchen, a basketball court, and a sprawling pool with an adjacent grotto.
Other features include a refrigerated wine display, a massive home theatre, and several seating rooms for entertaining.
Outside, Lil Wayne will be able to bask in the Californian sunshine by his luxurious pool which sits across from the home’s one-bedroom guest house.

According to Mail Online, Lil Wayne’s new estate was originally listed for $15.75M, but the rap star bagged it for a slightly lower asking price.
It comes after Lil Wayn’e new neighbour Kylie, dropped $16 million on her sprawling Hidden Hills mansion in 2020.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also owns a further two properties in the same area which she bought in 2019 for $8 million and $6 million respectively.

Kylie’s current pad is reported to boast 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, theatre room, spa and an outdoor pool with sweeping views across Los Angeles.

Earlier this week, the social media superstar was left shaken when the man who was locked up for stalking Kendall Jenner was arrested for targeting Kylie’s home after being released from jail.

Catwalk queen Kendall, 25, obtained a temporary restraining order against Shaquan King, 27, after he made his way onto her Los Angeles property and took a naked swim in her swimming pool, TMZ report.
After his release, Shaquan made his way to make-up mogul Kylie’s lavish pad in a gated community and he was arrested again on Tuesday for “felony stalking.”
