Latto serving as the opener for Lizzo‘s The Special Tour in Chicago was undeniably one of the biggest highlights of the evening as fans aren’t able to stop talking about the special act.
Lizzo is currently on a tour to promote her latest album Special. The singer will be performing across different cities in North America with the feature of special guests.
The About Damn Time singer teased fans with Latto’s feature at the time of her original tour announcement in April 2022 and fans finally got to witness the much-anticipated moment on October 16.
Latto opens Lizzo’s show in United Center
Latto’s feature at Lizzo’s The Special Tour is everything fans are talking about.
The singer herself took to Instagram on Sunday to share a clip from Latto’s performance at her recent show.
Twitter is filled with pictures and videos of Latto’s performance as fans couldn’t be more thrilled to witness her opening the show.
One wrote: “At the Lizzo concert in Chicago and her opener Ms @Latto is freaking amazing! Such a great performer and her dancers are stunning and so good. Her entire set was a vibe!!”
“I’m at the Lizzo concert on the very last row and Latto is the opener and they don’t even have a camera on her so I love how I’m gonna leave tonight still not knowing what she looks like,” added another.

Singer announces European leg dates
Lizzo recently revealed the dates for the European leg of The Special Tour. Starting February 2023, she will be touring across fifteen different cities.
She shared on Instagram on October 3: “It’s about damn time the Special Tour came to the UK and Europe! Ya’ll been waiting for this one – UK & Eu get your tickets 10/7 at 12 p.m. local time”
The tickets are available for sale on Ticketmaster.
The Special Tour is set to conclude at the O2 Arena in London on March 16, 2023.
