A lorry carrying 25 tonnes of rubbish went on fire near Oswestry on Saturday.
Firefighters were called to the vehicle fire in Woolston at around 12.15pm (August 21).
The fire involved 25 tonnes of landfill and household waste on the back of a trailer.

Oswestry Fire Station tweeted: “Landfill waste smouldering in the back of the trailer bed, needed to be dumped and dragged out.”
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said two fire appliances were sent from Oswestry. Fire crews used a Manitou for lifting heavy equipment, thermal imaging camera and two high pressure hose reel jets.
Firefighters left the incident at around 1.30pm.
