Love Island’s Millie Court and Liam Reardon have moved their relationship to the next level – a trip to Ikea.
This year’s winners of the hit reality show have wasted no time in getting their new apartment in Essex in order and have splurged on a trip to the popular home decor store.
They won the £50,000 prize when the public voted them this year’s power couple in the Majorcan villa and they have gone from strength to strength since returning to the UK.
Days after they attended the Pride of Britain Awards, they took a trip to the Swedish retailer.
Liam showed off their decision making skills to his one million Instagram followers.
He took to his Story to show off their excitement. Millie is heard at the start of his reel saying: “Guess where we are?”
Liam joked that he was hoping to show off the big Ikea sign but they couldn’t find it so the ‘Welcome’ sign had to make do.
Before a big day of shopping the pair tucked in to shop’s famous meatballs with Liam telling his blonde beauty to quickly eat them all before paying for them.
Millie looked shocked, leading to the Welsh hunk guessing it ‘must just be a Merthyr thing’. He captioned the video: “Anyone else used to eat all the meatballs in school before you get to the end of the cue so you wouldn’t pay?”
The affable duo then went on a shopping spree – for towels.
Still filming, Liam moaned: “Who knew buying towels would be so hard,” while Millie pointed out her favourite colour and material.
Unfortunately, they were two separate towels and it appeared as though her dream item wasn’t available.
Thankfully for the pair, it looked like a lot of other stock was ready to buy as they done left with a trolley full.
Millie took to her own Instagram Story to show a boomerang of her man jumping for joy alongside the caption: “Our first home shop done.”
Liam had also been sharing throwback images with his fans after asking them what kind of snaps they’d like to see.
As well as clips of him boxing, watching the Welsh rugby team in action and trips to Ibiza, the 6ft6 star shared a photo from his younger days in which he looked unrecognisable.
He shared a snap of himself sitting on a garden bench while rocking a fedora, longer hair, a waistcoat, red tie and a black shirt.
Little Liam was clearly impressed by his outfit as he leaned forward to pose for the camera.
