MANCHESTER UNITED are eager to lure Everton hitman Richarlison to Old Trafford this summer, according to reports.
Richarlison, 24, is currently rooted in a relegation scrap with Everton.
According to Brazilian website UOL, both the Red Devils and Real Madrid are eyeing a swoop for the striker at the end of the season.
Everton host Man United at Goodison Park on Saturday, having won just once in their last seven matches.
Richarlison, who joined Watford in 2017 before his switch to Everton a year later, is reportedly preparing to leave Goodison Park in the summer and ideally wishes to stay in the Premier League.
The Toffees are expected to place a £66m price tag on the Brazilian should they remain in the top flight, but the fee would drop if they fail to survive.
Richarlison joined Everton in July 2018 for an initial fee of £35 million and he has since scored 39 Premier League goals for the Merseyside club.
Were Man United to lure the centre-forward, it could spell the end for Marcus Rashford and exiled loanee Anthony Martial, who have both struggled to win the favour of interim boss Ralf Rangnick.
Even with Cristiano Ronaldo and Edison Cavani unavailable, Rashford was not included in Rangnick’s starting line-up against Leicester City last Saturday.
Should Richarlison team up with the Red Devils next season, it would suggest that the academy graduate and England international is surplus to requirements.
