Nataliya Kuznetsova
Nataliya describes herself as the “strongest” and “most famous” female bodybuilder in the world.
While these may seem like bold claims, the 29-year-old has fitness achievements to back herself up.
She weighs around 14.9st and the maximum size of her arms is 49cm, legs 76.5cm, and chest 128cm.
And that’s not all, she currently holds three world bench press records, three world deadlift records and over 12 European national powerlifting records.
These impressive achievements have helped to catapult Nataliya to fame.
The influencer, from Moscow, Russia, boasts more than 672,000 followers on Instagram – where she often shares pictures of herself pumping iron.
Brittany “Flex” Watts
Brittany “Flex”, who is originally from Oklahoma in the US, trains hard for fitness competitions.
The 31-year-old chisels out a tiny waist and builds her booty and legs with plenty of muscle.
So finding suitable garments for her extreme hourglass frame can be very difficult.
In a bid to overcome this problem before bodybuilding contests, Brittany gets custom bikinis made and poses in them for her 7,600 Instagram followers.
She is able to lift a jaw-dropping 360lbs (25.7st).
The buff bombshell revealed: “95% of the men in the gym will not be lifting anywhere near as heavy as I am.”
Brittany hopes to enter more competitions in 2021 – and also aspires to be ranked in the top five in the IFBB’s women’s league.
Carolyne Marquez
Carolyne, who lives in Florida, is a mechanical engineer who explores her love for fitness in her free time.
The influencer, who boasts 113,000 followers on Instagram, has been honing her figure in the gym for eight years.
She prides herself on being 100% natural and has built her muscles by weightlifting, eating a protein-packed diet and taking supplements.
The star weighs in at 9.7st and has leg muscles that measure 25 inches, which she’s hoping to boost to 41 inches with more hard work.
Carolyne can squat 350lbs, leg press 1,500lbs and curl 50lbs on each bicep.
She also flabbergasted her followers by filming herself pushing her two tonne Hummer car.
Julia Wines
Julia Vins found her passion for fitness when she was just 15-years-old.
The 24-year-old, from Russia, trains between four and five hours every week and munches on a healthy diet of fish, eggs, vegetables, beans, oats, rice and buckwheat.
She weighs just 65kg but says she can squat 275kg – that’s 43st of weight.
The gym bunny, who is often referred to as Muscle Barbie, also claims she can bench press 175kg and deadlift 205kg.
She’s now a two-time world champion at the World Powerlifting Congress.
Even though Julia is often inundated with cheeky DMs from her 1.1 million followers, she’s been in a happy relationship for around eight years.
