MHA MacIntyre Hudson has appointed Andrew Gandell as a new partner in its technology sector team based in the firm’s London office.
Gandell has advised on a “large array” of different businesses from start-ups through to large international and listed groups. During his career, he has worked with “a number” of tech businesses advising them through investment cycles with either private equity or venture capitalist investment.
The firm said he also spent two years in the US working with many types of technology businesses throughout Silicon Valley and went on to support a software business during its exit to a US acquirer.
At MHA Gandell will be focussed on businesses in the technology landscape together with large, international, and listed businesses.
