A fitness influencer has revealed the extreme lengths she goes to in order to achieve her dream butt – including burning 900 calories a day in the gym.
Ruth Telles, 26, from Brazil, made headlines recently for claiming to maintain a strict sex diet to keep her waist so tiny.
The model, who has over 310,000 Instagram followers, also claims she has the “flattest belly on Instagram” and now hopes to make her butt measure 100cm (39in) in circumference.
To do this, she is doing a lot of hot yoga – where the difficult posing exercise is done in a steaming hot room.
And, Ruth claims to have added 6in to her booty in two weeks.
She explained: “My butt got bigger in just two weeks of daily exercise.
“Hot yoga helps me burn up to 900 calories per class and have a micro waist.”
Ruth says she at least one 90-minute hot yoga class every day for five days a week – which sees her burn 4,500 calories.
Hot yoga requires the room to be at least 105 degreed and have 40% humidity to induce sweating.
Ruth said: She said: “Concentration and balance with our own body helps with calorie loss.
“The movements and postures of hot yoga are able to tighten the buttock muscle, give it strength, and thus help with growth.”
On top of doing hot yoga Ruth also goes to the gym every day – all in the hope of having a 23in waist and 39in butt.
The fitness model follows a strict diet alongside her workout in her search for an extreme figure.
Ruth said: “I [also] drink two litres of water a day and my diet is focused on low carbs and light proteins, like fish and chicken.”
And, she has sex regularly too as she believes this maintains her tiny figure.
She added: “Having sex twice a day is like running for an hour on the treadmill.
“I can lose more than 400 calories without the effort of running, for example.
“It’s worth it.”
