The woman with the “ world’s biggest cheeks ” looked completely different as a fresh-faced teenager.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk stunned her followers by posting a throwback picture from 12 years ago on Instagram.
The Ukrainian model, who boasts 249,000 followers, wrote: “Do you recognise the woman? Me at 18 years old.
“Anyone want to say what looks better? Natural ‘beauty’ is beautiful too.”
The post, which shows Anastasia before she spent £1,500 on fillers to enhance her cheekbones, garnered more than 21,700 likes.
And unsurprisingly, fans were stunned at how much the influencer has transformed herself.

One commenter remarked: “The only thing that hasn’t changed in you is the length of your nails.”
Another said: “Anastasia – you are 200% better now. Definitely.”
A third wrote: “Come on… really? You genuinely look like a different person.”
And a fourth added: “Now you are just incredible.
“Now you have left 18 behind you can forget about it.”

While many think Anastasia looks better now she’s altered her appearance, others preferred her natural look.
A responder argued: “You used to look better and more beautiful.
“You’d only need to make the makeup softer and straighten your hair.”
Another agreed: “She was very beautiful but now she’s a completely different person.”
And a third said: “Genuinely so different. But beautiful.”

So how did the 30-year-old alter her appearance so much?
After getting her first face filler at 26, Anastasia’s cheekbones started jutting from her face.
She also got lip filler and Botox injected into her forehead.
And instead of rocking black curls, she’s dyed her poker-straight hair a shade of Barbie pink.

While some aren’t keen on her new look, the Instagram star loves it.
Previously, she revealed: “After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them…
“I understand that they look weird for other people but I don’t mind.”
Even though the Instagrammer has altered her appearance a lot over the years, she has no plans to stop any time soon.
She wants to get a boob job and make her cheeks even bigger in the future.
