Trying to entertain your children during a long journey is difficult.
You might think you have it covered with technology and food, but it doesn’t always work out.
Now spare a thought for Sue Radford, who is a mum to 22 children in the UK’s biggest family.
She often shares a glimpse into Radford family life, especially on their Instagram account where they have 418,000 followers.
And just a few weeks ago, the UK’s biggest family revealed they were planning a huge getaway.
The mum-of-22 teased their new cool passports after sharing a snap with the caption: “Holidays are coming.”
She told her followers that she opted for the one-week passport service so they arrived in six days.
Now the time has come for them to go on their trip and Sue has shared how she keeps the youngsters distracted.
Posting on their Instagram story, the parent shared a boomerang of her kids holding their tech gadgets and watching telly in the car.
They both seemed pretty distracted as the mum captioned it: “Trying to keep the kids entertained on a long journey.”
In a second upload, she revealed they had finally arrived at the hotel with her two daughters watching the planes.
Parents Sue and Noel had planned to take their large family to Australia before the pandemic, but it was sadly cancelled.
But it hasn’t stopped the household from enjoying breaks in the UK.
Earlier this year, the family took a trip to Alton Towers as the Radfords braved thrilling rides.

Escaping their home in May, Sue and Noel along with 15 of their kids went to the theme park.
They brought with them 5 suitcases, 2 pushchairs and a loaded 17-person minibus on their visit to the Staffordshire resort.
Three generations of the Radfords took on the rides, making them the biggest family to try some of UK’s most iconic rollercoasters.
