Losing weight isn’t always simple but it’s not impossible either.
One mum has opened up about her incredible weight loss after a Christmas Day bikini snap sparked her journey.
Micha Hibel decided to embark on her transformation after feeling an “overwhelming sense of disappointment”.
The 31-year-old, from Australia, gained “a lot of weight” after the birth of her third child with her husband working two jobs.
She struggled to find time for herself which left her feeling “stressed and alone”.
But now the mum has totally transformed her life – all with the help of Kayla Itsines’ 12-week Bikini Body Guide.
And she hasn’t looked back since her incredible weight loss.
She told news.com.au: “I was in a bikini as a lot of Australians are come Christmas Day.
“My self-consciousness and lack of love for my body had been taken away from just enjoying the day with my family.
“It wasn’t just my body that was neglected, but my mental health too. I had no self-confidence and terrible anxiety and depression.”
That same night in 2017, the mum downloaded the Sweat app, an online weight loss programme co-founded by fitness star Kayla.
She started following the 12-week Bikini Body Guide which encouraged her to look after herself.
But things haven’t always been simple for the cafe manager who came across a lot of challenges along the way.
Micha said: “My entire first year I worked out in my lounge room with a toddler jumping all over me with zero equipment and a coffee table as a bench.
“I’m now a working mum and have to juggle work, school, kids and home life but workouts are my time for just me and I do whatever it takes to find the time.”

Micha, who shares her journey on Instagram to her 11,800 followers, first started training three times but now it’s up to six times a week.
She added: “I also drink way more water – in fact I don’t ever remember drinking water before which is crazy for me now.”
Now giving others advice, the mum concluded: “Do the movement that brings you joy. Eat the foods you love that fuel you.
“I am happy within myself not wanting to change anything about my body. This is a life long journey so you have to do it your way.”
