NEWCASTLE want to raid Brighton for Leandro Trossard and Yves Bissouma this summer, according to reports.
The Toon are already plotting a squad overhaul, with a number of ins and outs expected before next season.
Eddie Howe’s side would like to raid Brighton for two star players, but the Seagulls may dig their heels in.
According to the Mail, Newcastle will try and prise Trossard and Bissouma from the Amex.
Trossard, who scored against Arsenal at the weekend, has just 16 months remaining on his Brighton deal.
While Bissouma’s contract also expires in June 2023.
Brighton will be reluctant to sell to Newcastle, having already lost sporting director Dan Ashworth to the Toon.
The 51-year-old resigned from the Sussex club in February, but may not be able to start at St James’ Park until November as the two clubs haggle.
In order to help facilitate their summer rebuild, Newcastle may sell fans’ favourite Allan Saint-Maximin.
The Frenchman has excited supporters with his pace and trickery but may make way for some fresh talent.
