A MAN is to appear in court accused of numerous transport and driving law breaches.
Sean Mannion, of Unicorn Road in Oswestry, appeared at Mold Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old faces 16 charges relating to numerous dates in 2021 – several of which allege the making of false records under transport regulations, as well as contraventions of the Community Drivers’ Hours Regulations relating to driving times and breaks.
One of the charges relates to resisting or wilfully obstructing a stopping officer in Flint.
He made no indication of plea in relation to any of the charges, and will next appear at Wrexham Magistrates Court on March 15.
