Many travelers at New York’s JFK airport were still facing delays and cancellations on January 31, as the airport worked to get back on track following Storm Kenan. Footage here shows a crowded baggage reclaim hall at JFK, with the source, Annie Stoll, commenting that it looks like “an ocean of luggage”. Stoll documented her attempt to fly from JFK to Buffalo on her Twitter account. After what she said was a five-hour delay she was eventually allowed to board a plane. After sitting on the tarmac for an hour the passengers were removed and the flight was eventually cancelled, she tweeted. Sixty-four flights had been cancelled at JFK on January 31 by the time of writing, and 78 delayed, FlightAware.com said. Some 341 were cancelled the day before. Credit: Annie Stoll via Storyful
