A Boohoo customer was “petrified” when filming a huge spider crawling around inside her clothes package.
Frank posted a video of the insect scurrying across the items she’d purchased online.
The TikTok clip, which has been viewed more than 1.9 million times, was captioned: “When I order from Boohoo”.
Frank added the hashtags “scared” and “petrified”, before joking she’d be “charging” the retailer’s “unwanted employee” to pay rent.
Not wanting to harm the arachnid, who she named Bart, she decided to drop him off at a pet store.
She reassured concerned viewers: “Bart the spider has a new home! Safe and sound!”
While spider fans are pleased Bart has had a happy ending, others said they wouldn’t have reacted so calmly if they spotted the spider in their clothes order.
One responder admitted: “I would cry til I die.”
Another said: “I would scream and throw it out.”
A third squealed: “No frickin way I would have just collapsed right there.”
And a fourth added: “New fear unlocked.”

A minority of TikTok users tried to accuse Frank of planting the spider in the package herself, which she strongly denied.
One questioned whether the spider could survive because of “lack of oxygen”.
But Frank hit back: “Trust me I have not put it in there FFS.”
Others defended her too, with one writing: “There are holes in the clear back hun lol.”
And another pointed out: “Boohoo comes next day delivery luv.”
The Daily Star has contacted Boohoo for comment and are awaiting a response at the time of publication.
