On World Wildlife Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi went on a lion safari at Gir Wildlife Sanctuary in Gujarat. After offering prayers at the Somnath Temple, Modi stayed overnight at Sinh Sadan in Sasan. He was accompanied by ministers and senior forest officials. Modi also chaired the seventh meeting of the National Board for Wildlife.
