Food lovers have given their porridge hacks online as fitness and food expert Joe Wicks gave his own tip.
Joe, also known as The Body Coach, took to his Instagram page to share a snap of his morning porridge this week.
Alongside this, he gave his fans, especially those who are chocolate lovers, a yummy tip.
Joe, 34, told his 4million followers that he often likes to put dark chocolate ganache on his porridge.
He wrote: “Took my porridge to new levels today by adding a big dollop of dark chocolate ganache in the centre. Bit of you or too much?”
Fans seemed to be loving the tip, with his post racking up more than 22,000 likes.
One exclaimed: “All over it! Love dark chocolate for an extra polyphenols and it could boost brain power too.”
While another added: “I’m a huge fan of chocolate for brekkie (in oats) Honestly the best thing. Most of my oatbowls have chocolate in them.”
While a third gushed: “Ooof this is dreamy.”
Meanwhile his tip also inspired fans to share their own porridge hacks.
One wrote: “I do this with a blob on Nutella.. next level oats!”
While another added: “I do the same but with Biscoff spread, yum!”
A third chimed in: “Very nice! My porridge at the moment is blood orange, cinnamon and a grate of nutmeg.”
With a fourth wrote: “A wee dod of salt is all you need.”
Joe published his first cookbook Lean in 15: 15-minute meals back in 2015, with it becoming a best-seller.
He has created the “90 Day Plan” with workouts and meals with portions tailored to the individual.
Joe also hit headline recently as he dressed up as a giant whoopee cushion after he farted during one of his PE With Joe workouts on his YouTube channel.
Joe took to his Instagram page to share the cheeky snap as he poked fun at himself.
He was seen smiling for the camera as he held up his daughter Indie, who was dressed in a princess frock and teddy bear ear headband.
